5 tbsp. Of olive oil
2 large eggs needed
1/2 tsp. Of curry powder needed
1 avocado needed
2 tsp. Of lime juice needed
1/8 tsp. salt needed 2 slices bread needed
Chopped cilantro, for garnishing purpose.
Recipe for Avocado And Egg Toast:-
For Curry Avocado Crispy Egg Toast we need to take two small cups and break them into these two cups. Now take a skillet which should be non-skillet, now spray olive oil almost 3 tbsp. In the skillet and heat it. Now drop the eggs in the oil, add them very oil that oil may get stammer over you. Now cook this until the white portion of the eggs turns into golden brown and rims get crispy. Just in the case of more heat, if rims are cooked and turn into crispy and dark brown but white is still uncooked, remove the pan
from the skillet and let it sit for few minutes, the white will cook on its own in hot oil. Now sprinkle the pepper and salt over the eggs according to your flavor.
Now take a small pan and on medium heat, now toast the curry powder for one minute until it starts giving odor. Now sprinkle 2 tbsp. Of olive oil in it. Now take avocados and mash them with some juice of a lemon and table salt.
Now take two pieces of bread and toast them. Top each pf the toast with the egg, mashed avocado, and minced cilantro. Mist with some curry oil.
