  • One cup of blackberries.
  • Teaspoon of baking powder. Quarter is enough.

HOW TO BAKE IT?

  • We are going to preheat our oven up to 350 degrees
  • Cream together our heated butter with half of sugar In hand mixer or stand mixer.
  • Combine one egg fully with our mixture of cream and sugar. Add our backing powder add salt and stir them to fully mix. The final step of this is to add flour as you scrap down on the sides of the bowl as you mix.
  • In this step we toss the halve blackberries in a small bowl with two tablespoons sugar.
  • Into our batter we gently fold our sugared blackberries discarding the lest of the sugar leftovers.
  •  We spread them evenly in our baking dish.
  • And finally we bake our Blackberry Buckle Ice Cream up to 45 minutes or when your buckle passes through the toothpick test as you allow it to cool for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
