Shrimp and Avocado Salad Best Recipe

I love quickly made Shrimp and Avocado Salad. Because of the calories and, because of the pigments. I love preparing it on the table. Do you love it too?

I have a lot of time at the weekend and one of the activities that I do at the weekend is cooking. Shrimp and Avocado Salad is one of my favorite salads. I love preparing and eating it on weekends while I watch thriller movies with my cat.

Charred Shrimp and Avocado Salad, How To Make It Yourself

Yield: 4 servings
Calories: 420


 2 to 2 ½ lb. Of large scraped shrimp.
 5 tbsp. of olive oil
 Kosher salt according to taste.
 Pepper as your taste.
 Fresh lime juice of 2 tbsp.
 Take ½ pineapple, peel it off, and then cut into a small cube
 ½ red onion is needed, and minced
 1 avocado needed
 ½ cucumber and chop it into half pieces.
 ½ bunch of upland watercress needed.




 Firstly, take two tablespoons of the olive oil and scrub it on the shrimp. Meanwhile, put salt and pepper on it according to your taste. After that, grill this off. Then take pineapples and brush them with the olive oil. Now broil it. Further, grill it until the pineapple is roasted and shrimp is cooked. Likewise, heat the shrimp for 3 minutes on both sides in the broiler. Finally, if you want, you can store the uncooked shrimp in the freezer to use at any hour of the day for your convenience.

 Secondly, take a large bowl, whisk all the lemon juice over it. After that, add ¼ teaspoon of olive oil and ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper it. Now sprinkle onions on it.

 The salad is ready. Enjoy it with your family
