Cheese and Bacon Muffins, How To Make It At Home?

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast muffins this is a very healthy breakfast and a great Sunday brunch if you are going out with your family on weekends. Easy to cook and great to serve.

Let’s have the ingredients for this delicious food.

  1. Serving cooking spray is needed.
  2. Slices of the bacon (Quantity depends on how much you are cooking, I am taking 12 slices of bacon)
  3. 10 Eggs
  4. For this quantity ¼ Cup of milk
  5. Needed 1 tablespoon salt
  6. Shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)
  7. Green onion chopped (1/4 cup)
  8. Red pepper which is being roosted(1/4 cup)
  9. Black pepper 1 tablespoon
  10. Jalapeno pepper ( ¼ cup diced)

Recipe of Bacon Cheese Breakfast Muffins:-

The recipe of the muffins are the following,

Step 1:-

Firstly You have to preheat the oven first up to 190 degrees ( 375 F°) for greatly cooked muffins. So Now prepare the muffin cups by spraying in which is indicated in the ingredients.

Step 2:-

Secondly Now you have to cook bacon in the microwave. So arrange the bacon in the microwave-safe plate. For 75 seconds further, cook the bacon in the microwave.

Step 3:-

Now prepare muffin cups. Place the slices of the bacon in the muffin cups by spraying the cups of the muffin tins. Arrange them in such a way that the bacon should be arranged at the edge of each of the muffin cups. So Bacon is arranged in this way in muffin cups.

Step 4:-

Now the fourth step is, You have to take the eggs and milk and beat them at a high frequency so they are completely mixed and make a homogeneous mixture. So Now toppings must be done, now cover the egg portions with 1 tablespoon of the green onion, cover four egg portions with the jalapeno pepper and cover the four of the egg portions with the roasted red pepper which is added one tablespoon. Then topping has been done.

Step 5:-

The oven has been preheated first. So now it’s time to place muffins in it and bake them. Bake it for twenty minutes straight. After twenty minutes, the top of the muffins is still moist. Now sprinkle the muffins with pepper and salt and pour some cheddar cheese over it. Now, bake these muffins again for five minutes to melt the cheddar cheese, once it is melted the muffins are ready to serve on your table.

  3. 1.4g of them are carbohydrates.
