Choc Banana Muffins, How To Make It At Home Yourself?

INTRODUCTION

Is it hard to cook Choc Banana Muffins? Are you hungry or the sudden arrival of friends at the weekend? In other words, you need a quick recipe to serve them having a short time. So just go to the kitchen and have some potatoes, the rest will be done in the upcoming recipe. The solution has been done! Great!


For instance, I am always craving for something very tasty and delicious at the weekends. No working on the weekends therefore I need something vegetarian to satisfy my craving and keep myself busy. Meanwhile, muffins are always great for breakfast to serve yourself or the guests at breakfast. It is super easy and very yummy in odor. In short, muffins are enormous in quantity and rich in taste.

Spiced Banana Chocolate Muffins

Let’s note the time;
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Yields: 18 servings

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOC BANANA MUFFINS:-

 Firstly, take 2 oats
 Secondly, 1 ¼ of white whole wheat flour needed
 Thirdly, 2 tbsp. Of chia seeds needed
 2 tablespoon of baking powder
 ¾ tbsp. Of baking soda needed
 ½ tbsp. Of salt needed  1/2 c. Of brown sugar needed
 ½ tbsp. Of ground cinnamon needed
 ¼ tbsp. Of ground ginger needed
 1 ¼ c. Of mashed bananas ( take 3 medium size bananas)
 1 c. Buttermilk low fat
 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil needed

RECIPE FOR CHOC BANANA MUFFINS:-

 Firstly, take 1 large egg and beat it

 Secondly, Take 2 oz. Of bittersweet chocolate ( which 60% to 70% of cocoa) and melt it out.

 Thirdly, heat the oven up to 400 ° F . now take the pan cups and cover it with paper liners and place 18 muffins in the cups.

 Fourthly, take a large bowl and whisk oats. In addition, add flour and sugar, now add chia seeds, baking powder, and baking soda, add salt and cinnamon, and ginger in it. After that take a normal (medium) sized bowl, take bananas, and swirl them with buttermilk, oil, and the eggs. Lastly, now crumple the mixture of banana into the mixture of flour and allocate it into 18 muffin cups.

 In addition, insert toothpicks in the middle of the muffins. Bake it
for 20-25 minutes, when the toothpicks are plucked back clean, in other words, it means muffins are ready to eat. Now cool it and remove the muffins from the pan let it cool completely in a dish.

 Moreover, load it with some chocolate.

 In Conclusion, muffins are ready to eat

Overall, for the quantity of two muffins in total, about 300 calories are total.
 6g of proteins
 48g of carbohydrates
 8g of fats (saturated)  430mg of sodium
 6g of fiber
