Lime Chicken Tacos, How To Make It?

Are you looking for something super delicious? I sometimes have cravings sitting on my couch to eat something very yummy. Do you have the same situation? So, this recipe is going to break all the records of something delicious. Therefore, we are going to cook “Lime chicken tacos”. Above all, it is a super easy dish to pack for all the outdoor events and for the indoor events by sitting on your couch and watching Netflix.
This is my favorite recipe on Saturdays, but honestly, this can be made at any hour of the week.

Lime Chicken Tacos

So, set your clock;
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Servings: 10 people in total


 ½ pound o the boneless chicken and cut into cubes.
 Red wine vinegar (1/8 cup)
 ½ lime juice
 1 teaspoon of the white sugar.
 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
 Take 2 green onions and chopped them up
 Take 2 garlic and diced them
 10 flour tortillas
 1 tomato
 Lettuce ¼ cup and tear it off
 ¼ cup Monterey jack cheese
 ¼ cup of salsa
 1 teaspoon dried oregano


 Firstly, take a saucepan and put the chicken in it and cook it for 20 minutes on a medium to low heat.

 Secondly, now in the chicken, add vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper, onions and garlic, and oregano. After that hear it again for almost 10 minutes.

 Thirdly, take an iron skillet and heat it with medium to low heat. After that, you have to place a tortilla in the pan and heat it, after some time turns it off to heat the other side. Overall, do the same to every tortilla. While spray all the lime juice, cheese, oregano, lettuce, and salsa over it.

 Finally, the lime chicken tacos are ready. Enjoy it with your family

Can we make chicken in advance and place it in the freezer?

Yes certainly, we can prepare it in advance. It will be good if we take it fresh, but if we are having a lack of time, we can surely make it in advance and cook whenever
we feel hungry.

Can we take chicken breast instead of chicken thighs in tacos?

Chicken thighs are more flavorful than the breast chicken. But if you want to take it, it can be easily cooked in less time so you have to keep an eye on the clock to not get it to burn.

Can chicken be made on the stovetop or can be grilled too?
No, the chicken can only be made on the stovetop by heating it on medium to low heat to cook both sides. So, grilled chicken is not a good option.
