INGREDIENTS FOR SCRAMBLED EGG TACOS:-

 Take 2 large eggs
 1 tablespoon of olive oil is needed
 ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt is needed
 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper are needed
 Take 2 small corn tortillas needed
 Take 2 tablespoons of beans, tablespoons soaked and
washed out.  ¼ cup of pico de gallo is needed
 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro and ground them.

Preparation of Scrambled Egg Tacos:

 Firstly, take a bowl and crack eggs in it and whisk them to make a homogenous mixture.

 Secondly, now take a nonstick pan and add eggs, salt, and pepper in it. After that, take a wooden rubber spatula and mix these eggs. Then, to make it firm, whisk it for 3 minutes.

 Thirdly, now put these eggs in the tortillas.

 Fourthly, now cover each of the tortillas with the pico de gallo, ci, cilantro, and beans.
