Let’s have the ingredients first;

  1. 4 cups zucchini which unpeeled and shredded into small fibrous pieces.
  2. ½ teaspoon salt needed (according to your requirement)
  3. Take 2 eggs and beat them and made a homogenous mixture
  4. 4 cups of mozzarella cheese in shredded form. 5.½ cup of parmesan cheese needed
  5. 1 cup monetary jack cheese needed
  6. 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  7. Ground beef 1 pound needed
  8. ½ cup chopped onion needed
  9. Italian tomato juice according to taste
  10. Chop 1 green bell pepper
  11. ½ cup of mushrooms needed
  12. ½ cup pf olives needed The mushrooms and olives can add according to the quantity you desire.


So the recipe is as follows;

Step 1:-

Preheat the oven at 400F°. Now toss the salt on the zucchini completely and put it in a colander.

Now drain it for fifteen minutes to drain all the moisture present in it and dry it out.

Step 2:-

Now add it in a dish zucchini, add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on the zucchini, ½ cup of parmesan cheese also added, and a half cup of monetary jack cheese mixed in it. Now place all these ingredients in the dish and press it down to adjust it in a manner to present well. So bake it in the oven for 20 minutes straight to melt all the mozzarella, parmesan and jack cheese on the crust.

Step 3:-

Zucchini is being baked in the oven, now the skillet being heated on a normal or a medium to low heat and sprinkle the beef and onions over the crust. Sprinkle it in a way that beef and onions equally distributed over the crust of the pizza. Now cook the beef to a point where it gets browned and cooked but is not anymore pink. Now dip this in the tomato sausage so it can get a flavor of it. Equally, distribute the sausage over the pizza so every bite can have a taste of it.

Step 4:-

Now add the remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella and jack cheese over it. Then Sprinkle all the mushrooms and olives and tomato juice on the zucchini. If you love tomatoes you can add them also in the form of a short piece. Mushrooms and olives can also be added according to your
